Finally Wifi

We are finally in a campground that has WiFi. We have put lots of miles on since we left the Mitten at the beginning of the year. We started in Florida with the family at Disney. This is a shot of Suzanne’s Medals. Quite a feat and the weather was super cold. Cait and Addie also ran in the 5k. Amy and Sues friend Amanda also participated in the event.
The metals and one cute cap.
The Early Bird Racers
I have not been able to get my other Disney photos from my phone to the computer so I can only share a few images.  But it was a great time.
These little cuties are buddies at Epcots Sea Aquarium.
These little ladies are enjoying breakfast with Dad at the Pancake house while Mom and Big sisters are running. Yum.
We all had a great time visiting the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and the Animal Kingdom. Most of the girls had their hair wrapped. We almost convinced Papa to get a Henna Tattoo but we were not successful. Baa Humbug! As our vacation came to a close, Amy and the girls left early Thursday morning. Sue,Jeff and their family checked out on Thursday as well. Bill and I had one more day to recover. We did spend the day at Blizzard Beach for a few hours with Luggers before they left for the airport. Next time we will start at the  water park because it was a blast. We did flume rides, floated the lazy river, and rafted our way down the chute. It was a blast!
Bill and I returned to Lake Louisa State Park for one Night. We moved back north to get in position for the arrival of Eleanor the following week in Atlanta. We found a really nice park in Northern Florida. The temperatures are dropping again and we have to watch for freezing waterlines in the camper.
We found this cool park off I-75 called Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park on the Suwannee River. It is in Live Oak, Florida. It a large music venue that hosts numerous music events through out the year. Trailer rallies come, as well as many reunions of all sorts. There were fifty or so Little Scamps, and Retro Units that are making a comeback. People simply love to gather.
It was too far from Atlanta, so we moved north again. We wanted to get closer to the airport for when we were picking up Eleanor as Patty flew thru to Costa Rica. She was meeting friends there to mark their fortieth birthdays. So excited to see them.
Nice pull thrus
I found this really nice State Park called High Falls State Park in Georgia. It was about 40 miles from Atlanta. Their flight was coming in early so it was close enough to get there in the morning and get back to the trailer without having to take our pup, Toby. Yippee!

Our Little Camper
We also wanted to make a dry run to the airport the day before to make sure we had the proper papers and know where to go. Perfect!
Then the snow moved in and the temperatures began to drop, yet again. We were worried about the roads and the drive in the next morning. Atlanta is not equipped to deal with ice and snow, so we picked up Toby, and checked into a very nice Motel 6 by the airport. Good idea. Flights were cancelled, roads were closed, and even the parking lot was ridiculous. The ramps were closed because they were icing. Scheesh.
Patty’s plane was delayed but it worked out well. She passed the baton and then she waited a good eight hours to get on her way to start her vacation. We brought Eleanor back to the trailer and had a wonderful week. We decided to stay in Atlanta because it was as cold there, as it was in Florida. Why move. We hunkered down and had a ball.
Well that’s all for tonight.
Hope all of you are well. God Bless America.
