On the Road again!

We finally got on the road in the early morning hours on Thursday, February 2.  A winter snow fell on Tuesday, the 31st of January. We opted to wait until the roads were clear and blazed off on Thursday. We made a good choice and traveled all the way to Nashville the first day.  We stopped and checked into Montgomery Bell State Park. We stayed there last year on our first night, as well as another week last year in the summer,  when Patty visited her friend Jill.

We got up early the next morning and hit the road hard and made it to Hot Springs National Park in Arkansas. The park is beautiful. We will be staying here for a few nights.

This morning we decided to change sites and are now overlooking the creek running through the campground.

This is one of the Bath houses on Bath house row that you can go to for a hot mineral water bath and a massage. They are all soooo beautiful and very elaborate!

We are going to hang around here to watch the Super Bowl. Monday it is supposed to be a tad warmer. Yippee. Perhaps the bikes will come off and we will try them out before we move on.
